Chocolate crumble breakfast pot

Imagine a crumble, but chocolate, with a cold refreshing chocolatey yogurt underneath.
I make this crumble in big batches too, and use it as granola.
This is basically a yogurt bowl, but funner.
This makes 1 pot, but you could also meal prep this for the week.

Recipe

THE CHOCOLATE CRUMBLE
2 tbsp oat flour
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp oats
1 1/2 tbsp smooth nut butter
1 tsp sugar or sweetener
Tiny sprinkle bicarbonate of Soda
1 tbsp syrup
1 tsp chocolate protein powder (or 1 tsp plain flour)

THE CHOCOLATE FUDGE CREAM
4 tbsp plain yogurt
1 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
Splash of hot water
Syrup to taste

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. Add all the ingredients for the crumble into a bowl with a pinch of salt and mix well until they form a crumble consistency - you may need to add a drop of water to achieve this

  3. Squeeze the mixture in your hands, then crumble onto a baking tray into different sized chunks

  4. Bake for 12-15 mins or until it starts to crisp up

  5. Mix your yogurt ingredients together whilst the crumble cools and adjust to taste

  6. Add the yogurt to a small bowl or serving dish, snd the crumble on top

  7. Serve with fruit

Notes + Variations:

You can use any yogurt/ flavoured yogurts for this, and could even just make the crumble in a bigger batch for instant breakfasts throughout the week.
