You could serve these hot or cold - I’m normally a hot oats person, although hot oats in summer is an absolute no from me.
Also, people who don’t like matcha, you will - you just haven’t tried a good one yet.

Recipe

THE OATS
1 measure matcha (per 1/2 cup of oats)
However many oats you want
Liquid of choice to desired consistency
Optional: 1 scoop protein/ 1 tbsp maple syrup

TO TOP
4 tbsp passionfruit yogurt
Berries or fresh passionfruit
Nut butter of choice (I use almond)

Method

  1. Make your oats how you like (I like to cook mine even if they’re overnight oats), then stir through 1 measure of matcha, and your protein powder or syrup. Serve hot or leave to cool in the fridge overnight.

  2. Top with yogurt of choice and berries and whatever nuts/ nut butters you have in.

Notes + Variations:

You can sub the blueberries out for any other berry & the same with the flavour of yogurt - just switch the toppings up as you please.
