Ferrero rocher cookies and cream parfait

I’ve spoken about this a lot, and had a solid few months of making these in different flavours.
Need to start doing it again to be honest, these are so so so good.

Recipe

THE YOGURT
5 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp hazelnut butter
1 tbsp syrup (or flavdrops to taste)

THE COOKIE
1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp hazelnut butter
1 tsp syrup
Sprinkle salt

THE CHOCOLATE
4 pieces dark chocolate (use code ‘BBB’ on Hu for money off)
Roasted hazelnuts, chopped

Method

  1. Mix all the cookie ingredients together until you have a ball of cookie dough

  2. Press onto a plate and microwave for 1 minute at 1000W

  3. Leave it to cool for a couple of mins, meanwhile mix the yogurt stuff together Until smooth and adjust to taste

  4. Transfer the yogurt to what you’re serving it in, top with the cookie and set aside

  5. Melt your chocolate as you wish, chop up the hazelnuts and mix them through

  6. Top the cookie with the chocolate, top with more hazelnuts and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or overnight

Notes + Variations:

You can use vegan or whey protein for these, and any plain yogurt will work.
